Customer Service at Harris has been a half-century of commitment in providing support of our fielded systems. Fielded Systems Customer Service is chartered to support customers where Harris program offices no longer exist. Through our Customer Support team, Harris continues to provide spares, repairs, and engineering services to our government, commercial, and international customers for as long as they use our systems.
Fielded Systems Customer Service is authorized to use resources from any of our functional areas in order to provide timely and efficient support.
Fielded Systems Customer Service faces the continued challenge of providing maintenance support for a diverse family of fielded systems, from mechanical brackets, to modems, to antenna realignments, to circuit card assembly repairs. Customer Service enjoys a Fielded Systems of near perfect, on-time delivery performance over a remarkable half-century of support.
