24-7 Help Desk Support The Help Desk Support team provides customers with a system designed to (1) preemptively identify and solve user problems through remote capabilities, (2) provide complete user instructions or, if necessary, (3) immediately dispatch a field engineer to quickly identify and fix the source of any problem which could impact critical equipment or systems.
Harris provides full factory/contractor depot support from initial development and fielding, all the way through operations, maintenance, and ultimately, disposal. Harris assists in the deployment, planning, and support of any combination of product support from full contractor to full organic customer support. Dedicated customer depots provide software maintenance and debugging, hardware repairs and upgrades, warranty and third party maintenance agreement administration, trend analysis, and continuing sustainment engineering support.
Fielded Systems Customer Support Customer Service at Harris is founded on a half-century of commitment to provide support of our fielded systems for as long as the customer requires. Fielded Systems Customer Service is chartered to support customers where Harris program offices no longer exist. Through our Customer Support team, Harris continues to provide spares, repairs, and engineering services to our government, commercial, and international customers for as long as they use our systems.
On-Site Customer Support Harris IT Services, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Harris Corporation, provides on-site engineering and technical support to a wide range of systems and operational platforms. Harris IT Services offers a full range of on-site information technology services which includes network engineering and analysis, integration/installation, help desk, hardware/software engineering, information security, O&M, logistics, and infrastructure consulting services.
Hardware/Software Support Harris IT Services also provides hardware/software engineering support for customers and programs worldwide. Harris IT Services hardware support engineers stand by to provide assistance and support to system/subsystem development activities, installation/integration activities, sustainment activities, and follow-on operations and maintenance activities. Harris software support engineers utilize proven processes and techniques for assessing, evaluating, and testing hardware and software to assure minimum detrimental impact to operations.

Logistics Support Harris' Logistics Support addresses the full supply chain-from our suppliers to our customers-using analyses and planning to minimize and manage logistics risks. We also provide product support tasks, including product maintenance planning, warranty analysis, maintenance and service provider networks, and the depot planning necessary to ensure the system is optimally supported.
